THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (VARIOUS ROADS, SHALDON)

NOTICE 2026

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL hereby give NOTICE that:

From                   MONDAY 26 OCTOBER 2026
                             for a maximum of 5 days

Until                   FRIDAY 30 OCTOBER 2026 (both dates inclusive)

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected –
COOMBE ROAD, – ROAD FROM ARCH BROOK BRIDGE TO EAST COTTAGE, SHALDON

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via – SHALDON ROAD, CROSS HILL, SHALDON ROAD, BESIGHEIM WAY, NEWTON ROAD, TEIGNMOUTH ROAD, SHALDON BRIDGE, RINGMORE ROAD AND VICE VERSA

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable –
UNDERGROUND/OVERHEAD FIBRE CABLING
